The studio

Designed for movement.

A boutique studio conceived as a space of calm, light and precision.

LUUMA began with a simple idea: that training should feel like time for yourself rather than one more obligation in the day. That is why we care for every detail of the space — the light, the materials, the quiet, the order — as much as we care for technique.

The studio is designed for small groups. That format is not a commercial detail: it is the condition that makes the practice safe, precise and genuinely personal. The person guiding you knows your name, your history and your goals.

The space

  • Reformer equipment

Professional Reformers under continuous maintenance, arranged so every student has their own space.

  • Small groups

Limited capacity per session to guarantee individual correction within a group class.

  • Personal attention

Initial assessment, adaptations for injuries or conditions, and ongoing progress follow-up.

  • Natural light and calm

Warm materials, considered acoustics and an atmosphere built to lower the noise of the day.

The experience

Three principles, one practice.

MOVE

Conscious, controlled movement.

We work on range, fluidity and quality of movement. The body learns to move better before it moves more.

STRENGTH

Strength from the centre.

Real strength begins at the centre and radiates outward. We build a deep, stable base that supports everything else.

BALANCE

Balance between body and mind.

Breath organises effort. Every session ends with more clarity than it began.

First time

Your first LUUMA experience.

If you have never done Reformer Pilates, this is everything you need to know before your first session.

  1. What to bring

Comfortable, fitted clothing that allows your alignment to be seen, and grip socks. We provide everything else.

  2. When to arrive

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early: there is time for a brief assessment, an introduction to the equipment and an unhurried start.

  3. How the Reformer works

It is a sliding carriage with springs that regulate resistance. It allows precise work, controlled load and care for the joints.

  4. What level you need

None. The introductory session is designed to start from zero, and every exercise adapts to your current condition.

  5. Recommendations

Eat lightly one or two hours before, stay hydrated, and let us know about any injury or medical condition so we can adapt the session.
